For rest of India, once the order is dispatched, under normal conditions, it will be delivered within 2-4 business days for deliveries in North India and 5-7 business days for deliveries to the Rest of India.

Please contact our customer service as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we’ll change the address. If an order has already been processed or shipped, we will contact our shipping partner to ask if they can return the package to us or change the delivery address. Unfortunately, this isn’t always possible. In that case, our customer service will discuss the situation with you in order to find an appropriate solution.

If your products arrive damaged or past their expiration date on delivery, we will be happy to issue a replacement/credit note. Please contact us at support@betterbet.in with details describing the problem supported by photographic evidence within 48 hours of delivery.
