Overall good

Some problems that I faced are Received curdled milk two times. And contacting the customer care was not smooth. The contact number in the website does not work.
But The taste of the milk is good. Overall a good product.

Worst service- doesn't deliver despite order and payment

Worst service!!, despite placing order and receiving confirmation, milk was not delivered. Tried calling multiple times but no answer. This is by far the worst service to the customer.

Total tea addict and when turning vegan would occasionally cheat on milk tea till I discovered Better Bet

I love the taste of this milk. It took me a few cups of coffee to get used to the taste, but I love it now. The only reason I give it a 4 star is that it doesn't come in a 1 liter pack. I will only order it again when it comes in a bigger pack because there is way too much plastic generation with the 200 ml packets. Or even if there was a way to send the packets to the company to be recycled, I would go that extra mile.
